Whether expected or surprising, beneficial or challenging, change is a constant presence in our lives. Developing the ability to gracefully navigate life transitions can result in successful and meaningful transformations.
Examples of life transitions include job changes, marriage or divorce, relocation, health issues, attending college, and experiences of birth or loss. This can also include struggling with independent living or lifestyles, also known as “failure to launch”.
Life transition therapy focuses on coping strategies, accepting change, fostering independence, and preparing for future events, ensuring you are better equipped for what lies ahead.
